Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by True Freedom Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1) No Refunds on Retainers

Monthly retainers are non-refundable. Retainers reserve time on our schedule and cover ongoing work, availability, monitoring, and execution throughout the billing period. Once a billing cycle begins, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any unused time.

2) Service Fees Are Non-Refundable Once Work Begins

For one-time projects or hourly services, payments are non-refundable once work has started. This includes (but is not limited to) planning, research, audits, setup, configuration, implementation, writing, content publishing, technical changes, reporting, and communication time.

3) Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Unless your agreement states otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Work will continue through the end of the billing period and then stop.

4) Pausing Services

If you request a pause, we will do our best to accommodate. However, retainers reserve capacity and are still non-refundable. Any paused work may be rescheduled based on availability.

5) Scope Changes & Additional Charges

If you request work outside the scope of your plan, we will quote or bill that work separately at the agreed rate.

6) Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs are not refundable by us. This includes (but is not limited to) hosting, domains, plugins, themes, software subscriptions, licenses, ads spend, and platform fees. Any refunds for third-party services must be requested directly from the third-party provider under their policies.

7) Results & Performance

SEO, marketing, and platform performance can be affected by many factors outside our control (competition, algorithm changes, demand, site history, technical limitations, sales follow-up, etc.). Because of this, we do not offer refunds based on rankings, traffic, or lead volume.

8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of work and removal of access until the dispute is resolved. We maintain records of work completed (including logs, emails, reports, and change history) to respond to disputes.

9) Offboarding & Account Handoffs

If you choose to end services, we can remove our access from your accounts. If you want a full handoff (ownership/admin transfers, documentation, backups, coordination with a new provider, etc.), this is billed separately unless included in your agreement.
